Conference Theme

Context & Communication: Mediating Language Learning

Te Horopaki me te Tuku: He Rongoā i te Ako Reo

  • What languages are in use in our communities?
  • When and where are they being learned?
  • How are they being learned?
  • What are they being used for?

These questions suggest some of the ways in which context and communication mediate language learning. We invite you to explore these and other questions relevant to language teaching and learning at the 2010 CLESOL conference in Dunedin.
